• The campaign or referral source (such as a campaign identifier or the website or link you used) that led you to create an account, which we link and store with your account when you sign up, as described in our User Agreement

6. Cookies, Tracking and Device Storage

This website (www.infiniteam.nl) does not use cookies or tracking technologies. We respect your privacy and do not collect tracking data when you visit this website.

The InfinitMeals application (infinitmeals.infiniteam.nl) may store data on your device in localStorage or IndexedDB, such as cached configuration (e.g. API URLs), offline data for use without a connection, and translation or preference caches. This storage is used to provide the service, improve performance and support offline use. You can clear this data via your browser or device settings; doing so may log you out or reset local preferences.

The InfinitMeals application also uses telemetry and technical diagnostics (e.g. via tools such as Grafana Faro or Azure Application Insights) to analyse reliability and performance. This may include device or browser type, pages or flows used, performance metrics, errors and stack traces, and trace or session identifiers that can sometimes be linked to your account for support purposes. Data is used only for diagnosing issues and improving the service and is retained in line with our technical retention policy.

7. Diagnostics Uploads

When you submit diagnostics or feedback through the app (e.g. for support), the data sent may include app version, user agent, platform, console logs and metrics snapshots. We use this only to troubleshoot and improve the service. Do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive data in such submissions.

8. Third-Party Processors

We use the following categories of processors to run InfinitMeals. Each processes data only as necessary to provide the service and in line with our instructions and this privacy statement:

• Azure – hosting, storage (e.g. recipe photos in Blob Storage), and real-time features (e.g. SignalR)
• Azure OpenAI – AI features such as recipe import, chat or image generation
• DeepL – translation of content where you use translation features
• Email provider (SMTP) – sending transactional and support emails
• Grafana (e.g. Faro) – front-end telemetry and diagnostics

9. Collaboration and Sharing

When you add collaborators (sub-tenants) to your household, they can access data according to the permission level you set (e.g. full access or groceries-only). When you invite a friend by email, we use that email to send the invitation and, if they join and you connect as friends, limited profile or referral-related information may be visible as described in the app. We process this data to provide collaboration and referral features and in line with the User Agreement.

10. Legal Bases and Data Categories

For users in the EEA/UK, we process personal data on the following bases and for the stated purposes. Retention is as described in this statement and in our data retention policy.

• Account data – contract performance; account and access management.
• Recipes, meal plans, shopping lists – contract performance; providing the service.
• Recipe photos and uploads – contract performance; storage and display of your content.
• Collaborators and friends – contract performance; consent where you invite or connect.
• Diagnostics and feedback – legitimate interest (support and product improvement); consent where you submit voluntarily.
• Telemetry and technical data – legitimate interest (reliability, security and improvement of the service).

11. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy statement, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

12. Children's Privacy

InfinitMeals is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In some jurisdictions (e.g. in the EEA), the minimum age may be 16, or 13 with parental consent where applicable. If you believe we have collected information from a child below the applicable age without consent, please contact us immediately.

13. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this privacy statement.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this privacy statement at any time. For material changes, you will receive at least 30 days' notice before the new privacy statement takes effect.
